3-Ingredient Green Smoothie


Green smoothies are a fabulous way to get your daily dose of greens—full of antioxidants and fiber! This simple recipe is a great beginner green smoothie for a breakfast, afternoon snack, or even post-dinner treat!

Serves 1

Ingredients

2 cups dark leafy greens (spinach, kale, etc.)
1 medium banana, peeled and frozen
½ cup unsweetened nut milk of choice

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.

      Hi Susan,
      I don’t eat bananas either. For this recipe, I would replace that bananas with frozen berries or an apple.
