I Am Nourished Blend

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon miso (chickpea or white soy)
  • ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • ½ teaspoon grated fresh or powdered turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • 8 ounces bone broth, gently heated

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well. Pour into your favorite mug and drink warm.

 

I Am Sunshine Blend

Ingredients

  • 2 basil leaves
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 8 ounces bone broth, gently heated
  • Slice of lemon to garnish

Directions

Add all ingredients (except lemon) to a blender and blend well. Add slice of lemon and drink warm.

 

I Am Lavishly Loved Blend

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • Pinch of smoked salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil
  • 8 ounces bone broth, gently heated

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well. Garnish with a sprig of cilantro or basil and drink warm.
