This delicious Strawberries & Cream Smoothie is perfect as a Valentine’s Day dessert—or your everyday breakfast! Top it with your favorite superfoods (e.g., chia seeds, hemp seeds, etc.) for even more nutritional benefits!

Ingredients
1 medium banana, frozen
3 cups strawberries, frozen
1 cup coconut milk beverage (or nut milk of choice)
1 tablespoon Natural Calm Raspberry-Lemon flavor

Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
