Carrot Summer Smoothie

This delicious summer smoothie is packed with vitamins! It’s naturally sweet and makes a great afternoon snack. You can also add protein powder, ground flax seeds (for additional fiber), or hemp seeds (for healthy fats).

Serves 1


¾ cup almond milk
1 medium carrot, chopped (about ½ cup)
½ medium banana, frozen
½ cup raspberries


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
