Endless Summer Hydrating Mocktail

It’s still warm enough across the country to enjoy a drink in the sun. The fruits in this recipe will refresh you, and our “secret” ingredient of cinnamon helps to regulate blood sugar levels. The coconut water is packed with electrolytes to keep you hydrated while enjoying early fall warmth.

Endless Summer Hydrating Mocktail
Serves 1


1 cup seedless watermelon, cubed
½ cup cucumber, sliced
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup ice-cold water
6 organic raspberries
½ cup Harmless Harvest coconut water (this is a raw coconut water that’s free of nasty pesticides, with a nice nutty flavor; but any coconut water will do)


  1. This recipe is as simple as mixing all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy in your favorite chilled glass or kick it up a few notches and use a martini glass for some extra added fun!
