This recipe combines raw apple cider vinegar with a touch of lemon juice and sparkling water (plus a little natural sweetener if desired) for a delicious pick-me-up that aids digestion, regulates blood sugar and helps to fight fatigue.

1 teaspoon organic raw apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice

8 ounces of sparkling water

Honey, maple syrup or stevia to taste (optional)



  1.    Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and water to a glass.
  2.    Add natural sweetener of choice to taste (if desired).
  3.    Serve over ice and enjoy immediately.
