Kids’ Lucky Green Smoothie

This St. Patty’s Day smoothie is so good and so healthy that you, and your kids, will want to make it every day. We suggest not letting them see you add the spinach; just tell them the green is from magical leprechaun dust.

Kids’ Lucky Green Smoothie
Serves 1


1 cup baby spinach
1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon Kids Natural Calm Multi
½ cup frozen pineapple
½ cup frozen strawberries
1 banana


1. Blend the orange juice and spinach together until the spinach is liquefied, to avoid chunky green pieces.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend together until you’ve achieved your desired smoothie texture.


Serve in a fancy cup or with crazy straws to add to the fun experience of drinking something so healthy!
