Peaches & Coconut Cream Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is a delicious and quick way to start your day! It combines seasonal peaches with coconut cream as a source of healthy fats to help satiate you until lunchtime. To make the bowl even more substantial, try adding your favorite protein powder.

Serves 1

1 medium banana, chopped and frozen
2 cups peaches, pitted and frozen
½ cup coconut cream
¼ cup coconut water or filtered water
½ cup toppings of choice (e.g., fresh or dried fruit, chopped nuts, coconut flakes, etc.)

Add banana, peaches, coconut cream, coconut water or filtered water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
