Raspberry Chia Jam
This raspberry chia jam couldn’t be any easier to make! It comes together in about ten minutes and uses only three simple ingredients. Use it on top of your favorite baked goods or breakfast treat!

Cooking time: 5 minutes
Yield: Makes about 1 cup of jam
2 cups raspberries, fresh or frozen
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and place over medium heat until the mixture begins to bubble.
Reduce heat and whisk constantly for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until thickened. Store the jam in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
