Rich Creamy Vegan Chocolate Pudding
If you’ve never used avocado in a dessert recipe, now’s the time. This vegan pudding is so rich and creamy you won’t miss the cream. Plus, it’s super healthy!
Rich & Creamy Vegan Chocolate Pudding
1 ripe Hass avocado
4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
2–3 tablespoons agave (to taste)
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup thick canned coconut milk
Dash of salt
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- Purée the avocado in a food processor or blender.
- Slowly add the raw cacao powder, agave, vanilla, salt and coconut milk to the avocado, stirring constantly or blending on low until all ingredients are thoroughly blended together with a smooth consistency.
- Refrigerate the pudding. Serve cold, garnished with nuts.
