Sun-Support Smoothie


Did you know that you can eat your sunscreen? Okay, not literally; but including more fresh foods in your diet can both improve your overall health and actually help prevent sun damage too! Fresh fruits are high in antioxidants, which can fight free radicals formed by exposure to the sun’s rays and may reduce their harmful effects. Plus we’ve added Natural Calm for a magnesium boost.

Of course, it’s always a good idea to wear a hat and avoid being in direct sunlight at midday; but this delicious combination of raspberries, green tea and coconut oil can also help to protect your skin against damaging rays. Better drink up!.

Serves 2

Ingredients
1 tablespoon Raspberry-Lemon Flavor Natural Calm
1 1⁄2 cups green tea, cooled
1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
2 cups frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon coconut oil
3 large ice cubes

Directions
1. Place Natural Calm powder in a glass, then add the green tea. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved.
2. Add the green tea mixture and remaining ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
