The Great Green Tea Detox Smoothie

The best way to “detoxify” is to eat whole, healthy foods and avoid processed ingredients and refined sugars whenever possible. That being said, this smoothie packs a nutritional punch to help cleanse your body. This green tea detox smoothie is loaded with antioxidant-rich ingredients like green tea, pineapple, cucumber, lemon, avocado and fresh mint that will help to aid your body’s detoxification processes.
Tip: If a sweeter smoothie is desired, try adding a spoonful of honey, stevia or sweetener of choice.

Cooking time: 0 minutes
½ cup chilled green tea
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
½ English cucumber, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh mint
½ avocado, peeled and pitted
¼ fresh lemon
1 teaspoon Lemon Flavor Natural Calm (optional)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
