Calming Vegan Chocolate Milk

Chocolate milk is used by athletes as a bone-strengthening, heart-healthy energy drink; but if you’re vegan or dairy-free, what’s the alternative? This vegan chocolate milk has over 500 mg of calcium in every glass, thanks to a generous amount of Natural Vitality Osteo Calm added to the mix. Combined with the healing properties of high-quality cocoa powder and cashews, this drink is just as energizing as its dairy-filled counterpart.

1 cup raw cashews
2 cups filtered water
½ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup Natural Vitality Osteo Calm
