Liver-Support Popsicles

Popsicles are a delicious way to stay hydrated on a hot summer day, satisfy a sweet tooth and get an extra nutritional boost! These popsicles are full of vitamin C, anti-inflammatory turmeric, and magnesium to increase energy and ease stress.

Note: If you don’t have a juicer, you can also substitute 12 ounces of juice for the fruit in this recipe.

Makes 6

2 medium oranges, peeled
3 medium carrots
½ medium lemon, peeled
½-inch piece of ginger (optional)
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Lemon Flavor Natural Calm


1.  Juice oranges, carrots, lemon and ginger (if using).

2.  Mix in the turmeric, honey and Natural Calm.

3.  Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
