Roasted Edamame: The Ultimate Snack

1 tablespoon coconut oil
16-ounce bag frozen shelled edamame
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon granulated garlic
¼ teaspoon sea salt
Black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Toss the frozen edamame with the coconut oil, cumin, paprika, garlic, sea salt and a pinch of black pepper.
  3. Lay flat on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes. Enjoy immediately.
